How long does it take for my order to ship?

Orders are typically processed between 2-3 business days. Giclee orders take 5-7 business days to ship. Please email us if you have any questions about your order.

How do I know when my Happy products have been shipped?

Customers will receive notification via email. If you do not receive this email within 7 days of placing your order, make sure to check your junk/spam mail folder or contact us. Your delivery confirmation number (from USPS) or your tracking number (from UPS or Fedex) will be included in the email. 

Please note that the USPS delivery confirmation service is not an actual tracking number, but rather simply shows when the label was printed and when the item was delivered at its final destination. 

Do you accept international orders?


Yes, we do. We're excited about our international customers and have tried to offer the most reasonable shipping rates possible. In the shopping cart you'll be able to select your country and view the options available to you. Please note, Happy is not responsible for any customs fees or duties incurred on international shipments as these are the responsibility of the purchaser. Please check with your local customs office about rules and regulations that may apply to you.

Can you tell me more about Happy Greeting Cards?

At Laura Loving Happy, we believe that greeting cards spread joy.  Each of our cards is a small work of art that can deliver a kind thought or share a great story between friends. All of our hand-painted and original images are rendered by Laura Loving (a self-proclaimed greeting card addict). Each charming sentiment inside our cards is a creative collaboration between Happy co-founders, Laura and April.  We hope that you will enjoy our cards as much as we enjoy making them.

Our greeting cards are created with the tactile charm and beautiful color of letterpress printing. Happy believes in environmental responsibility. We print all of our cards on 100% post-consumer recycled paper or tree free 100% cotton paper recovered from scraps. Because of developments in processing recycled materials, we are able to offer eco-friendly products that look and feel as luxurious as any non-recycled paper. We take great care in choosing all of our stock and printing methods to ensure our designs come to life in a way that's elegant, durable, and beautiful.

What is a Giclee?

The Happy Wall Art Collection features the artist’s most popular images on canvas. The printing technique used for this collection is called giclee.

A giclee (zhee-CLAY) is a high resolution reproduction done on a special large format printer. Giclees are produced from digital scans of existing originals. These reproductions are superior to traditional lithography in nearly every way. The colors are brighter, longer lasting, and are so high-resolution that they are virtually continuous tone. Giclee prints are coveted by collectors for their fidelity and quality, and desired by galleries because they so accurately reproduce the original works. HAPPY wall art on canvas are stretched on 1.5 inch wood bars and are shipped ready to hang. 

Where are Happy products made?

Laura Loving Happy commits to being as efficient and environmentally friendly as possible. Our products are made in the USA whenever possible. Our stationery is printed on Forest Stewardship Council (FSC) certified paper stock, all of our paper scraps are either recycled or reused for packaging. 

Do you charge sales tax?


We are not required to collect sales tax on any orders outside the state of Georgia. For all Georgia orders a sales tax of 6% does apply. 

Is my transaction secure?


We take the utmost care and concern for your privacy while you're shopping on our site. We will never share or sell your information to any third party, and the information we collect is solely used to contact you about your order if necessary. Transactions on our site are secured using 256-bit SSL encryption and your credit card information is never stored. .   

If you do not feel comfortable making your purchase with a credit card on-line, contact us via email at gethappy@lauralovinghappy.com. Please include your order information, your address, and a phone number where you can be reached. We will contact you and process your credit card order over the phone.

What is your return policy?

We want you to be happy with your new product!

In the event that you are not satisfied with your purchase, (which we hope is not the case!), please email us at gethappy@lauralovinghappy.com for instructions on how to return or exchange your item. We will also provide information on where to ship returns. We will provide an exchange or store credit for the purchase price for any unused and unopened merchandise in new condition returned within 14 days of the order’s original ship date. 

We reserve the right to decline any return if we determine the item shows signs that it has been used. To make a return, please email or phone us with your order information so that we can give you a return authorization number. All goods must be in their original, unused condition, including original tags and packaging. Returns must be well packed and we strongly encourage you to purchase insurance for return shipments, as well as delivery confirmation. 

If returned merchandise is not received within 14 days from the original ship date, we reserve the right to decline your credit or exchange. If the return is not due to damaged merchandise, you will be responsible for the shipping cost back to Laura Loving Happy. 

What if my order is incorrect, defective or damage?

Please check your package as soon as it arrives and let us know immediately if something has arrived damaged. Damage/defect claims must be made within 3 days of receipt of goods. No claims can be made after 72 hours.

While we make every reasonable effort to accurately display details and colors, we cannot control colors across all computer screens and are not responsible for variations of color from what you see on a computer screen from the actual product.
